What you'll do

As the Senior AI Deployment Manager, you will lead a Deployment Pod consisting of Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Deployment Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of autonomous AI systems for our enterprise customers. You will ensure that our AI agents not only communicate effectively but also perform tasks autonomously, enhancing the overall customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable deployment strategies.

You will be responsible for mentoring your team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Your leadership will guide the team through challenges, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also play a key role in stakeholder management, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
