What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your assigned customers, helping them navigate the Dialpad platform and maximize its benefits. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively. You will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues that arise. Your goal will be to drive adoption of Dialpad's solutions, working closely with customers to identify opportunities for deeper integration into their workflows. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that will improve the user experience. Additionally, you will conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
