Overview

Dialpad is hiring a Senior Client Account Executive to drive revenue growth by helping existing clients upgrade their accounts. What you'll do

As a Senior Client Account Executive at Dialpad, you will be responsible for driving year-over-year revenue growth by helping existing clients execute upgrades to their accounts. You will receive leads from the Client Sales team and create tailored quotes that meet the specific needs of each client. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to facilitate the addition of licenses and ensure they are maximizing the value of their Dialpad experience.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in refining our offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying upsell opportunities and developing strategies to engage clients effectively.
