What you'll do

As an AI Deployment Manager, you will be at the forefront of OpenAI's mission to enable organizations to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will design and implement technical enablement experiences that support a repeatable adoption framework, driving sustained activation and expanding the breadth and depth of usage across OpenAI's product suite. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, AI Success Engineers, and Solutions Engineering to ensure that customers are not only enabled but also set up for long-term success as OpenAI's platform evolves.

You will lead structured workshops that help customers understand and effectively apply OpenAI's products, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, and the API. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored enablement strategies that align with customer needs and maturity levels, ensuring they can confidently integrate AI into their workflows. You will also track and measure the impact of your enablement initiatives, providing insights and feedback to continuously improve the adoption process.
