You have a strong background in sales, with experience in developing and executing retention strategies as part of a customer success plan. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers is essential for influencing adoption and ensuring customer success. Your analytical skills enable you to interpret usage information effectively, focusing on 'at risk' customers to mitigate churn and identify opportunities for value optimization. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the renewal strategy for your accounts. This involves developing and executing retention strategies that align with the customer success plan. You will proactively build relationships with customers, ensuring that you understand their needs and can influence their adoption of DigiCert's services. Your role will also include guiding customers to the appropriate support channels, helping them navigate the resources available to them.

You will define business outcomes and orchestrate success plans that include customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics. By interpreting usage information, you will focus on identifying customers who may be at risk of churning and take action to mitigate those risks. Your insights will be crucial in delivering business outcomes and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their engagement with DigiCert.
