Job Description
Who you are
You have a professional working proficiency in Spanish and a strong background in sales, particularly in customer success and retention strategies. You are action-oriented and thrive in building relationships with key decision-makers to influence customer adoption and success. Your ability to interpret usage information allows you to identify at-risk customers and mitigate churn effectively. You possess a curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit, which drives you to achieve business outcomes. You are organized and capable of executing a sales plan that aligns with customer priorities and milestones.
What you'll do
As a Commercial Sales Representative at DigiCert, you will develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for your accounts. You will proactively build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and customers, guiding them to the support channels available as part of the value DigiCert provides. You will define business outcomes and orchestrate success plans that include customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics. Your role will also involve interpreting usage information to focus on customers who are at risk, ensuring that you take action to mitigate churn and drive renewal strategies effectively.
