What you'll do

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving renewal strategies and developing retention plans tailored to customer needs. You will proactively build relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they are informed about the value DigiCert provides. Your role will involve guiding customers to the appropriate support channels and helping them navigate their journey with DigiCert. You will define business outcomes and orchestrate success plans that include customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics.

You will interpret usage information to identify customers at risk of churn and take action to mitigate these risks. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping customer success initiatives and ensuring that clients are satisfied with their experience. You will collaborate closely with the GTM team to align strategies and share insights that drive business outcomes. Your competitive spirit and action-oriented mentality will help you excel in this role, as you work to achieve uncapped commission and contribute to DigiCert's mission of providing intelligent trust solutions.
