Job Description
Who you are
You have a higher learning degree in systems management, computer science, or cyber security, or hold a CISSP certification with over 5 years of experience in cyber security, particularly emphasizing PKI. You possess a deep technical understanding of DigiCert's PKI, IoT, and Signing solutions, enabling you to effectively communicate and demonstrate these technologies to clients. Your project management skills are strong, allowing you to plan, track, and report on project progress while providing updates to key stakeholders. You are comfortable creating custom documentation, entity-relationship models, and networking diagrams as needed for project deliverables.
What you'll do
In this role, you will participate in pre-sales meetings to gather customer requirements and develop statements of work based on those requirements. You will deploy and configure DigiCert PKI, IoT, and Signing solutions, ensuring that all project deliverables meet client expectations. Your responsibilities will also include managing projects through effective planning and tracking, providing periodic updates to stakeholders, and capturing feature requests from prospects and customers to relay to the Product Management teams. You will travel to customer sites and industry forums or conferences as needed to support departmental objectives and present on technical topics at field events such as conferences and seminars.
