DigiCert is hiring a Strategic Account Director to manage and expand relationships with tier 1 and 2 enterprise customers. You'll drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies. This role requires experience in enterprise sales.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in enterprise sales, ideally with experience managing major accounts. You understand the unique needs of tier 1 and 2 enterprise customers and have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships. Your analytical and data-driven approach helps you make informed decisions that drive predictable outcomes. You possess excellent collaboration and leadership skills, enabling you to influence internal teams effectively. You are passionate about cybersecurity and understand the complexities of the technology stack involved in enterprise solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with structured account planning and governance processes. You are comfortable navigating complex deal cycles and have a knack for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Account Director at DigiCert, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our major enterprise customers. You will engage with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, ensuring that our solutions align with their business objectives. Your role will involve driving revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, as well as implementing retention initiatives to maintain strong customer loyalty. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our product offerings, enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will participate in annual sales conferences and have the opportunity to earn recognition through our Presidentβs Club trip for top performers.
