Who you are

You have a strong background in consulting sales with a focus on strategic account management and new business acquisition. With approximately 5+ years of experience in sales, you excel at driving substantial revenue growth and profitability through high-level client engagement. Your deep product expertise allows you to understand client needs and tailor solutions effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various departments to meet ambitious targets and enhance sales performance.

Desirable

Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with Atlassian products would be a plus. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, focusing approximately 70% of your efforts on hunting for new clients and 30% on farming existing accounts. You will report directly to the Head of Sales UK and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced sales strategies. Your role will involve engaging with high-level clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will also oversee sales performance metrics and work towards achieving ambitious revenue targets.
