Postman is hiring a Senior Key Account Director to lead growth within their most important enterprise accounts. You'll engage with senior technology leaders and drive adoption of Postman’s enterprise solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and experience in enterprise sales.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience managing key accounts and driving growth within large organizations. Your ability to build long-term, value-based relationships with senior technology leaders sets you apart. You understand the complexities of enterprise environments and can navigate them effectively to uncover challenges and opportunities.
You are a strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments. Working alongside a Principal Solutions Engineer and a Field CTO, you will form a high-caliber account team focused on delivering the full value of the Postman platform. Your experience in the API space or related technology sectors will be beneficial as you engage with clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead growth initiatives within Postman's most important enterprise accounts. You will engage with senior technology leaders to understand their complex challenges and drive the adoption of Postman’s enterprise solutions. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships that deliver value to both the client and Postman.
You will work closely with your account team to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals. This includes identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and ensuring that clients are fully leveraging the capabilities of the Postman platform. Your role will not only involve sales but also a deep understanding of client needs and how Postman can meet them.
