Who you are

You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, ideally with a background in implementing and managing marketing automation and analytics environments. Your technical fluency in tracking infrastructure and revenue data workflows sets you apart. You are familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot, and you understand the intricacies of GTM implementations and GA4 architecture. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are passionate about driving real revenue and have a proven track record of success in B2B performance marketing. You are someone who challenges the status quo and is eager to contribute to innovative marketing strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation systems that drive pipeline and fuel SQLs. You will collaborate with the Director of Revenue to develop strategies that enhance our marketing operations. Your expertise in GA4 architecture will be crucial as you design and optimize tracking systems that provide actionable insights. You will also work on multi-channel offline conversion tracking to ensure comprehensive data collection. Your role will involve analyzing revenue data workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. You will be expected to stay updated on the latest trends in marketing technology and apply them to enhance our operations. You will contribute to the development of our Customer Generation methodology, ensuring it aligns with our goal of delivering real revenue. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
