What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at dLocal, you will be the primary technical contact for our customers in LATAM — you will guide them through the onboarding process and ensure they have the best solutions tailored to their needs. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, and Development, to address customer inquiries and technical challenges.
