What you'll do

In this role, you will manage all technical aspects of the relationship with dLocal's customers, ensuring that they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Development teams to address customer inquiries and technical challenges. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new merchants, providing technical support, and ensuring that the solutions implemented are effective and efficient. You will also be involved in gathering feedback from customers to help improve dLocal's offerings and services. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide the best advice and support to your clients. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to dLocal.
