Overview

DMS is hiring a Global Account Executive to generate sales for Audio Visual systems by developing and maintaining client relationships. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in direct selling, preferably in the AV/VTC area, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. You are customer service oriented and excel at building long-term relationships with clients. Your consultative sales approach allows you to effectively identify customer needs and present tailored solutions. You are proactive in analyzing sales prospects and have a knack for recognizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.

What you'll do

As a Global Account Executive at DMS, you will be responsible for generating sales for our Audio Visual systems. You will identify sales prospects within your assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management. Your role will involve establishing key accounts and expanding our existing client base by developing and executing quarterly sales plans. You will exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine customer needs and develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable. Additionally, you will work closely with our installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
