Uber is hiring an Account Executive I to expand partnerships with local restaurants for Uber Eats. You'll focus on prospecting and negotiating new partnerships in Dallas. This role requires strong sales skills and a results-driven mindset.

Who you are
You are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to manage a pipeline of potential restaurant partners. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate value and negotiate contracts. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a proactive approach to achieving your goals. You understand the importance of being an ambassador for the Uber and Uber Eats brands, and you take pride in creating a great first impression with potential partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to establish relationships with restaurant owners. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to ensure a strong working relationship with partners, while also identifying and building standard processes to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. You will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed your monthly quota, proactively building your pipeline and managing weekly metrics such as cold calls, emails, and field appointments.
