DMS is hiring a Global Account Executive to generate sales for Audio Visual systems by developing and maintaining client relationships. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in direct selling, preferably in the AV/VTC area, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. You are customer service oriented and excel at building long-term relationships with clients. Your consultative sales approach allows you to identify customer needs effectively and present tailored solutions. You are proactive in analyzing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize sales potential. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with installation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
What you'll do
As a Global Account Executive at DMS, you will be responsible for generating sales for Audio Visual systems by identifying sales prospects within your assigned territory. You will provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management, ensuring that all company products and services are thoroughly presented. Establishing key accounts and expanding the existing client base will be a primary focus of your role. You will develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable, while also executing quarterly sales plans to drive growth. Your ability to respond to customer queries in a timely manner will contribute to delivering a positive customer experience.
