You are comfortable using Salesforce for tracking sales reporting and forecasting, ensuring you measure your success effectively. You believe in the value of the product you are selling and are motivated to contribute to the digital transformation of the healthcare industry.

You understand the importance of analyzing and understanding the needs and challenges of healthcare professionals. You are skilled at acting as a consultant to your clients, providing them with tailored solutions that create real value. You are a proactive individual who takes initiative in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the entire sales process, from the first contact with potential clients to closing contracts. You will be responsible for driving monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and ensuring the growth of your designated region. You will independently acquire new healthcare professionals as clients, acting as a concept consultant to analyze and understand their specific needs and challenges. Your goal will be to demonstrate how Doctolib's product can provide significant value to their practices.

You will regularly track your sales performance using Salesforce, allowing you to measure your success and adjust your strategies as needed. You will collaborate closely with your team to share insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of success and continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in helping Doctolib achieve its mission of transforming and digitizing the healthcare sector.
