Job Description
Who you are
You are an experienced Key Account Success Manager with a strong background in managing large customer accounts, particularly in the healthcare sector. With at least 3 years of relevant experience, you have a deep understanding of complex customer relationships and strategic account management. Your ability to foster long-term, trusting relationships with clients, including clinic directors and department heads, sets you apart. You have successfully guided change processes and inspired teams both strategically and content-wise.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with deployment and sales teams to ensure the sustainable development of your clients. Your analytical skills allow you to continuously assess business and KPI data, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in partnership with the Key Account Sales Team. You are passionate about contributing to the digital transformation of healthcare and are eager to support your clients in this journey.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS and managing complex enterprise clients is highly desirable. You are adept at navigating the intricacies of large accounts and have a proven track record of driving customer success initiatives.
What you'll do
As a Key Account Success Manager at Doctolib, you will be the central point of contact for our major clients post-onboarding. Your role will involve building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations. You will take ownership of strategic initiatives within your accounts, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our services.
You will actively identify and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to align on strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing business and KPI data to derive actionable insights that inform your approach to account management.
You will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of healthcare, helping clients navigate their journey towards more efficient and effective operations.
