Job Description

Who you are

You are an experienced Key Account Success Manager with at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the SaaS or healthcare sector. Your deep understanding of complex customer relationships allows you to effectively manage and nurture large accounts, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success. You have a proven track record of successfully guiding change processes and inspiring teams both strategically and content-wise.

You excel in building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including clinic directors and department heads. Your ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales teams is a key strength, and you continuously analyze business and KPI data to derive actionable insights.

What you'll do

In your role, you will be the central point of contact for major clients after their onboarding, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to thrive. You will take ownership of strategic initiatives within your accounts, driving their development and success. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with the Key Account Sales Team to maximize potential.

You will continuously analyze business performance and key performance indicators to inform your strategies and actions. Your role is crucial in contributing to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector, and you will work closely with deployment and sales teams to achieve this goal.
