Overview

Doctolib is seeking a Sales Manager for Key Accounts to drive success with major clients and build strategic partnerships. This role requires at least 3 years of B2B sales experience and strong communication skills at the C-level.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in managing key accounts and communicating effectively with C-level executives. Your excellent hunting and pitching skills set you apart, and you possess an entrepreneurial mindset that drives you to take initiative and make impactful changes. You are known for your strong communication abilities and empathy, which help you navigate complex sales processes and build lasting relationships with clients. You are motivated by the challenge of steering intricate sales processes and are eager to contribute to the mission of digitizing healthcare.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from acquisition to the go-live phase for major clients. You will negotiate framework and individual contracts both on-site and remotely, ensuring that all client needs are met. You will accompany key accounts throughout the integration process and focus on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Monitoring relevant metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will use this data to advise and expand our major clients effectively. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution to ensure that our sales objectives are met and that our clients receive the best possible service.
