What you'll do

As a Staff Database Reliability Engineer at Doctolib, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our datastores. This includes maintaining database infrastructure, performing upgrades, and optimizing performance and costs. You will also empower feature teams by providing database tooling, guidelines, and training to help them manage their databases efficiently. Your role will involve participating in incident response for datastore-related issues, ensuring that any incidents are mitigated effectively during business hours.

You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with product, design, and business teams to build innovative products that improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. Your contributions will directly impact the operational efficiency of our platform and the overall user experience.
