Who you are
You have experience managing the entire recruiting funnel, from shortlisting candidates to extending offers β you understand the importance of creating a seamless and personable talent journey. You are skilled at partnering with senior and executive-level hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, ensuring that the best talent is attracted to GetYourGuide.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, leading briefings with the sourcing team and reviewing upper funnel prospects β your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is key to your success. You work closely with the TA Ops team to ensure that the hiring process and scheduling strategy are clearly mapped out, contributing to a streamlined recruitment experience.
You regularly access recruitment reports to ensure pipeline health and provide insights to hiring teams β your analytical skills help you identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process. You are proactive in building and maintaining a network of great prospects through market research, CRM, and continuous relationship management.
You are dedicated to ensuring candidates have the best recruiting experience possible β you optimize processes and suggest improvements based on candidatesβ feedback and survey data. You understand that a positive candidate experience is crucial for attracting top talent and enhancing the company's reputation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire recruiting funnel, ensuring that candidates are effectively shortlisted, interviewed, and offered positions. You will partner with senior and executive-level hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and assessment strategies that align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include leading briefings with the sourcing team and reviewing upper funnel prospects to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
You will collaborate closely with the TA Ops team to map out the hiring process and scheduling strategy, ensuring clarity and efficiency throughout. Regularly accessing recruitment reports will be part of your routine, allowing you to monitor pipeline health and provide valuable insights to hiring teams. You will also focus on building and maintaining a strong network of prospects through market research and relationship management.
Your commitment to optimizing the candidate experience will drive you to implement process improvements based on feedback and survey data. You will play a key role in shaping the future of recruitment at GetYourGuide, contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.
