You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the tech or legal sectors β your experience has equipped you with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their workflow. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, making you a trusted advisor to your clients. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, always looking for ways to enhance the client experience and drive adoption of new features.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Doctrine, you will be responsible for managing relationships with legal professionals, ensuring they are fully engaged with our AI platform. You will conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs, using this information to inform product development and enhancements.
You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that promote user adoption and retention. Your role will involve analyzing client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling additional services or features that could benefit your clients.
