Who you are

You have a proven track record of success as a Sales Development Representative or outbound seller, ideally in the B2B SaaS space. With over a year of experience, you thrive in high-performance sales environments and are eager for more ownership and growth. Your outbound confidence shines through as you engage with prospects over the phone, strategically crafting your messaging to energize targets. You possess a growth mindset, always looking to improve and ready to take on new challenges. Fluent in German and comfortable in English, you communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and running multi-channel prospecting campaigns, utilizing calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients. You will own both outbound and inbound lead qualification, identifying high-potential prospects that align with our solutions. Your research skills will come into play as you identify and analyze new accounts and personas to target effectively. Collaboration is key; you will partner with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and optimize pipeline generation. Additionally, you will manage CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring it remains clean and up to date. You will continuously share learnings and test new ideas to improve performance, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
