Who you are
You have over a year of experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative, ideally in the software industry. You understand the core responsibilities of generating leads and are adept at navigating the sales process. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly over email and phone. You thrive in a startup environment where adaptability and a growth mindset are essential, as business goals can shift rapidly.
You are proactive in your approach to identifying top prospects and leads, utilizing diligent market research to inform your strategies. Your ability to personalize outreach and focus on strategic efforts sets you apart in the competitive landscape of SaaS sales. You are committed to providing an exceptional experience to prospects, ensuring that their needs are addressed throughout the sales process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to qualify and pursue both cold and warm opportunities, developing a robust demo pipeline through various outbound methods. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and refining ways to improve sales campaigns and processes, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Representing GoLinks at events and conferences will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to network and establish valuable leads.
Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with AEs to strategize on lead generation and sales tactics. You will identify sales indicators through market research and share feedback with the team to enhance overall performance. Your role is crucial in the early stages of the sales process, where you will demonstrate the value of GoLinks' solutions to top prospects, addressing their specific needs and showcasing the benefits of the product.
