doinstruct is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive strategic prospecting across large enterprise accounts. You'll engage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with AEs to support high-value deals. This role requires proven outbound experience in complex B2B environments.

Who you are

You have 2–4 years of proven experience in enterprise outbound sales, particularly in complex B2B environments. You thrive on strategic prospecting and have a track record of building pipelines that lead to significant deals. Your ability to engage multiple stakeholders and nurture relationships across various functions is key to your success. You are a hunter at heart, driven by the challenge of targeting larger accounts and executing smart outreach strategies. You understand the importance of collaboration with Account Executives and are eager to contribute to the orchestration of high-value deals. You are adaptable and willing to share insights to refine the sales process as the company scales.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategic outbound execution into enterprise accounts with over 1,000 employees. You will utilize a mix of personalized email, phone, LinkedIn, and account-based marketing campaigns to engage potential clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough account research and mapping to identify key stakeholders and understand their organizational structures. You will build and nurture relationships across multiple functions and seniority levels to create broad internal buy-in for your proposals. Collaboration with Enterprise Account Executives will be crucial as you design account strategies and coordinate outreach efforts. You will focus on generating high-quality opportunities with meaningful deal potential, emphasizing quality over volume. Additionally, you will contribute to process and playbook optimization by sharing insights and refining messaging as the company grows.
