You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry — you understand the unique challenges operators face and are skilled at providing tailored solutions that enhance guest experiences. You excel in consultative selling, taking the time to understand client needs and delivering value through your recommendations. Your ability to build strong relationships is key — you thrive on connecting with clients and ensuring their success. You are comfortable conducting live product demonstrations and engaging with customers both virtually and in person, showcasing your solutions effectively. You are a team player who collaborates closely with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation. You are based in or near Chicago, ready to engage with clients in the field.
Desirable
Experience in a field sales role is a plus, as is familiarity with technology solutions that improve operational efficiency in the hospitality sector. A background in consultative sales will help you excel in this position, as will a passion for helping businesses grow through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at DoorDash, you will own the full sales cycle for selling In-Store solutions to restaurants and hospitality groups. You will prospect and close new business, working directly with operators to understand their business needs and run consultative discovery sessions. Your role will involve recommending solutions that improve guest engagement and operational efficiency, ensuring that your clients can take full advantage of the SevenRooms platform. You will conduct live product demos, showcasing how your solutions can streamline in-store experiences and enhance hospitality.
