Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree. You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to excel in this role. You enjoy negotiating and building long-term partnerships, acting as an ambassador for Uber Eats. You are metrics-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding your monthly quotas. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with cold-calling and in-person meetings to build your pipeline.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to create a great first impression. Your responsibilities include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. You will also help identify and build standard processes, collaborating with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings will be key to your success.

What we offer

For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
