Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals and have a knack for building empathetic relationships. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you thrive on data-driven decision-making. You understand the importance of user adoption and retention strategies and are excited to develop best practices for your team. You have experience using tools like Looker to track account performance and health, identifying churn risks proactively. You are a natural mentor and enjoy inspiring others to reach their full potential.

What you'll do

As the Associate Manager of Customer Success, you will lead a team of SMB Customer Success Managers across North America. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and mentor your team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles. You will develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving product feature adoption, retention, and ROI for our clients. Collaborating closely with Onboarding and Sales teams, you will ensure smooth transitions for customers into the Customer Success phase. You will track account performance through engagement data, using insights to inform your team's approach and mitigate churn risks. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a customer-first culture within the organization.
