What you'll do

As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Five9, you will serve as a trusted advocate for our customers, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. You will proactively address customer needs and concerns, working closely with various teams to deliver a seamless experience. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, guiding them through the implementation process, and providing ongoing support to maximize their use of our cloud contact center software. You will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that clients derive ongoing value from our solutions. You will also collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
