You have a proven track record in sales strategy and operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You thrive in ambiguity and are adept at building processes from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence in every aspect of your work. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide teams through the complexities of launching new products. Your experience in managing sales operations equips you with the knowledge to define and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement within existing processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the scaling of a new product designed to support SMB restaurants, transitioning it from stealth mode to market readiness. You will define the annual sales vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader objectives. Your responsibilities will include translating high-level goals into actionable quarterly sales targets, and you will work closely with various teams to ensure successful execution.
