You have a strong background in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies that drive measurable results. Your experience includes managing campaigns across various platforms, particularly LinkedIn Ads and Paid Search, where you've successfully generated leads and influenced pipeline growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, making informed decisions that enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

You are passionate about leveraging data to inform marketing strategies, and you understand the importance of integrating demand generation fundamentals with performance marketing rigor. Your ability to adapt and evolve strategies based on market trends and insights sets you apart. You enjoy building relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Analytics, to ensure alignment and drive success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives for DoorDash for Business (DDfB). You will plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn and Paid Search, focusing on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Your hands-on approach will involve building, launching, and optimizing campaigns while continuously analyzing performance metrics to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

You will collaborate closely with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure that the leads generated meet the criteria for high-quality prospects. Your role will also involve evolving the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to effectively target priority accounts and decision-makers. You will utilize your expertise in CRM systems to track and analyze lead lifecycle stages, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
