Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue operations or sales analytics, with experience in providing insights and analytics for revenue organizations. You understand the importance of data integrity and have a keen eye for identifying gaps in processes — ensuring compliance and efficiency are at the forefront of your work.
You are proficient in SQL and have experience building and maintaining dashboards that track team success. Your analytical skills allow you to forecast, analyze pipelines, and report on funnel metrics effectively. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy & Operations.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to foster strong relationships with Revenue leadership and other stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for data modeling, quota design, and headcount planning, which are essential for supporting the operations of the Sales team.
Desirable
Experience with data visualization tools and familiarity with sales compliance processes would be advantageous. A background in strategic planning and metrics reporting will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As an Associate Manager, GTM Planning, you will provide insights and analytics for the Revenue organization, focusing on forecasting and pipeline analysis. You will build and maintain dashboards to track team success and identify gaps in processes to ensure compliance.
You will support quota design, targets, headcount planning, and budgets, with a strong emphasis on data modeling. Collaborating with the Data Team, you will ensure data integrity is maintained by instilling data quality standards across all activities related to data.
Your role will involve analyzing the prospect to drive alignment across all revenue operations, working closely with various teams to create strategies that influence the Sales team. You will report to the Manager of Revenue Operations and play a crucial role in supporting the overall revenue growth strategy of DoorDash.
