What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with DoorDash Labs leaders to qualify technical requirements and develop tailored strategies for team growth. You will collaborate with a robust sourcing team to review talent pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates for specialized roles. Leading the offer and closing process, you will navigate complex compensation discussions to secure the best talent for the team.

You will drive interview best practices and implement structured hiring processes that deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
