You possess strong communication skills that enable you to partner effectively with key business stakeholders. You are adept at building relationships and influencing decisions that impact the recruitment process. What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and lead recruiting strategies that attract high-quality talent across all job families. You will play a key role in building Socure's employer brand, leveraging social media and other platforms to promote the company as an employer of choice. You will lead initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates are evaluated fairly and equitably.
You will also be responsible for staying current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. This includes exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance the recruitment process. You will mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills in talent acquisition.
