What you'll do
In this role, you will architect and lead recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent across all job families and levels. As a talent advisor, you will influence workforce planning and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability. You will lead initiatives to enhance diversity in hiring and ensure that the recruitment process is equitable and inclusive. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition, implementing innovative solutions to improve recruitment outcomes.
