What you'll do

During the 60-day training program, you will participate in various business functions, including Sales and Client Success, gaining hands-on experience that will prepare you for your future role. You will work directly with clients, helping them navigate our cloud-based fundraising software and ensuring they maximize their potential through corporate matching gift and employee volunteer grant programs. After successfully completing the training, you will transition into a full-time position, where you will continue to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of Double the Donation.

What we offer

This program offers a paid training experience, with compensation set at 70% of a full-time employee's salary. Upon completion, you will have a guaranteed transition into a full-time role in Sales or Client Success, allowing you to build a rewarding career in a company that values each employee's contribution to its success. The work schedule is full-time and remote, providing flexibility as you grow in your new role.
