You have a knack for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound and inbound methods. Your experience in booking demos with qualified leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms demonstrates your proactive approach to driving the sales pipeline. You are detail-oriented and ensure pipeline hygiene and accurate CRM records, which are crucial for maintaining a successful sales process.
You consistently hit and exceed key metric targets, including quality, pipeline management, and conversion rates. Your ability to continuously improve outreach strategies and processes maximizes results, showcasing your commitment to personal and team success. You are adaptable and open to taking on other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall goals of the organization.
Desirable
While not required, experience in a sales environment or familiarity with CRM tools would be beneficial. A background in technology or digital marketing could also enhance your ability to connect with potential clients effectively.
What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Wishpond, you will be on the frontlines of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads. You will execute consistent follow-ups with prospects, driving engagement and increasing the likelihood of conversion.
In this role, you will be expected to hit and exceed key performance metrics, demonstrating your ability to manage the sales pipeline effectively. You will continuously seek ways to improve outreach strategies and processes, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will be key to your success in this position.
