Data Reliability Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. You possess strong SQL querying skills and are comfortable scripting in Python. You are eager to learn and understand how data is collected, processed, and externalized within a complex architecture.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships with different teams to solve operational issues. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for improving data quality and reliability. You are also willing to participate in an on-call rotation to ensure data operations run smoothly.

What you'll do

As a Data Reliability Engineer II, you will be responsible for analyzing and externalizing DoubleVerify’s data while monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines. You will work with tools like Grafana to create reports and visualizations that help stakeholders understand data insights. You will also engage with technologies such as Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, and MongoDB to enhance data processing capabilities.

You will be part of a team that focuses on implementing quality improvements across the data operations landscape. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to address operational challenges and ensure the reliability of data services. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the company's data architecture and contribute to building robust data solutions that support business objectives.
