Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, with experience in implementing and optimizing revenue tools that drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, allows you to design effective workflows that enhance lead and account management. You understand the importance of data governance and are skilled at ensuring clean, governed data for accurate forecasting and visibility.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that maximize seller performance. You are proactive in managing vendor relationships and ensuring high adoption rates of revenue tools across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the revenue tech stack, implementing and optimizing tools to improve go-to-market efficiency. You will design and administrate CRM workflows, ensuring seamless cross-system integrations that enhance productivity. Your responsibilities will include managing data governance practices to ensure clean and reliable data, which is crucial for accurate lead/account routing and forecasting.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and tailor solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and improve overall revenue performance. You will also be responsible for training team members on new tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
