Overview

DoubleVerify is hiring a Senior Programmatic Account Manager to support the growth of its Scibids AI business in India. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships and driving programmatic media strategies. This position requires strong account management skills and experience in digital advertising.

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the digital advertising space — your experience has equipped you with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs. You are skilled in programmatic media buying and have a deep understanding of how to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients — you thrive on using data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, which helps you build trust with clients and internal teams alike.

You are motivated by results and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts — your proactive approach ensures that you are always looking for ways to add value to your clients' media investments. You understand the importance of collaboration and work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver the best outcomes for your clients.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven advertising solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the Scibids AI platform. A background in working with Fortune 500 companies will also be beneficial, as you will be engaging with some of the largest brands in the industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their advertising goals and develop tailored strategies that leverage DoubleVerify's technology to meet those objectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance data, providing insights, and making recommendations for optimization.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, from setup to reporting. This includes coordinating with technical teams to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and ensuring that clients are kept informed throughout the process. You will also be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities and driving additional revenue through existing accounts.

Your role will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising, allowing you to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions. You will participate in regular strategy meetings with clients to review performance and adjust tactics as necessary, ensuring that their campaigns are always aligned with their business goals.
