Who you are
You have a strong background in relationship management, ideally within the financial services or trading sectors. Your experience includes working with institutional investors, and you understand the nuances of trading digital assets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey market insights effectively and coordinate trade resolutions.
You are proactive in developing a pipeline of prospective counterparties, focusing on banks, funds, family offices, and other institutional investors. Your ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing market conditions is a key strength, enabling you to seize opportunities as they arise. You are comfortable working during US time zones and are committed to providing exceptional service to your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day coverage of global counterparties, facilitating the execution of spot and options trades. You will provide timely market color and coordinate the resolution of trade queries and problems, ensuring a seamless trading experience for your clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing relationships with institutional investors, helping them navigate the complexities of trading digital assets.
You will create original market insights for both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall strategy of the trading desk. Your role will require you to stay informed about market trends and developments in the crypto space, allowing you to provide valuable insights to your clients. You will collaborate with various teams within DRW to ensure that client needs are met and that trading operations run smoothly.
