Duetti is hiring an A&R to help provide new financing options for independent music artists. You'll work closely with the Sourcing team to grow lead generation and deals in Tokyo and the broader Japanese market. This role requires a strong understanding of music operations and data analytics.

Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with various teams, including Sourcing and Marketing, to drive impactful results. What you'll do
As an A&R at Duetti, you will play a key role in executing the company's goal to provide new and transparent financing options for independent music artists. You will work closely with the Head of Sourcing and collaborate across the company to grow and scale lead generation and deals in Tokyo and the broader Japanese market. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential artists and catalog opportunities, negotiating deals, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize catalog pricing and marketing strategies. You will also contribute to the development of innovative financing solutions that empower artists to monetize their work effectively.
