You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in managing high-value accounts. Your ability to foster trust and build long-term relationships is key to your success in this role. You excel in onboarding clients and driving product adoption, ensuring that customers achieve their strategic objectives with Easyship's solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with business goals. You are proactive in engaging with customers to track their progress and uncover growth opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping clients succeed globally.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth. You will engage with enterprise clients to understand their needs and strategic objectives, ensuring they receive maximum value from Easyship's platform. You will proactively track customer progress and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, providing insights and recommendations based on their usage of the platform, and collaborating with internal teams to address any issues that arise. You will also contribute to the development of customer success strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
