Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the financial technology sector, where you've built and maintained strategic relationships with senior stakeholders such as Quants, Risk Managers, and Traders. Your customer-centric attitude drives you to ensure clients are delighted with their experience, and you possess the ability to bridge commercial goals with technical applications effectively.
With a strong understanding of quantitative workflows, particularly in valuation, risk, and pricing, you are able to support customers strategically and advocate for their needs within the organization. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with sales, product development, and services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are proactive in devising and executing success strategies tailored to each customer account, ensuring regular business reviews and maintaining a high level of engagement.
You are technically literate and can understand the nuances of financial modeling and risk management, enabling you to serve as the voice of the customer within Numerix. Your ability to capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights is a key strength.
Desirable
Experience in financial technology or quantitative finance is a plus, as is familiarity with risk management tools and methodologies. A background in software or analytics would enhance your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Numerix, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the financial sector. You will lead proactive success strategy execution with assigned customer accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from Numerix's products. Regular business reviews with key stakeholders will be a critical part of your role, allowing you to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement.
