You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and have a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You are data-driven and analytical, using insights to inform your strategies and decisions. What you'll do
