Who you are

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in K12 education, which is preferred for this role. You possess extensive experience in enterprise-level sales leadership, demonstrating a strong ability to drive organizational change and transformation. Your proven ability to influence at the executive level sets you apart, as you inspire high-performing teams to achieve their goals. You are committed to customer satisfaction and understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with customer needs.

What you'll do

As the Regional Vice President – Inside Sales, you will define and lead enterprise-critical strategies that shape Edmentum’s growth trajectory. You will inspire a high-performing team and influence organizational priorities while championing customer-centric solutions that position Edmentum as the premier provider of technology-enabled learning. Your responsibilities will include leading regional sales strategies aligned with enterprise transformation goals, building and developing leadership talent to sustain long-term growth, and driving strategic initiatives that optimize processes and accelerate revenue. You will collaborate with senior executives to shape customer experience and market positioning, ensuring operational excellence through governance and compliance. Additionally, you will represent Edmentum in strategic customer engagements and industry forums, showcasing the company's commitment to innovation and excellence.
