You have deep experience in Customer Success Operations or Revenue Operations β€” you've shaped operational strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You are skilled at managing systems and tools that support customer success initiatives, ensuring data quality and operational efficiency. Your ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, makes you an effective collaborator who can align priorities and insights across the organization.

You possess strong leadership qualities β€” you can guide teams through change management initiatives, introducing new tools and workflows that improve customer success metrics. Your strategic thinking enables you to serve as a thought partner to leadership, surfacing insights that influence business decisions. You are committed to excellence and innovation, always seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will shape the operational and analytical engine that powers Edmentum’s Customer Success organization. You will lead the development and optimization of Customer Success processes across the customer lifecycle, ensuring that all teams are equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes at scale. You will own the performance metrics, reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models that inform customer success strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing Customer Success systems and tooling to ensure integration and data quality, as well as providing data-driven recommendations that influence customer retention and engagement strategies.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to align on priorities and insights, ensuring that all departments work cohesively towards common goals. Leading change-management initiatives, you will introduce new tools, workflows, and reporting frameworks that enhance operational efficiency. As a strategic thought partner to leadership, you will surface insights that drive business decisions, helping to shape the future of Edmentum’s customer success efforts.
