Overview
Ekimetrics is hiring a Resource & Staffing Manager to oversee staffing for a consulting population of approximately 60-70 consultants. You'll ensure the right consultants are allocated to the right projects while supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence. This role is based in London with a hybrid working model.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in resource management and staffing, ideally within a consulting environment. Your experience includes overseeing team allocations and optimizing project staffing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You understand the importance of aligning resources with business needs and have a knack for identifying the right talent for specific projects. You are adept at working collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and support team development. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to build strong relationships within the consulting community. You are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and understand the value of diversity in teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the planning, staffing, and deployment of consulting teams. You will work closely with the UK General Manager and Operations teams to ensure that consultants are allocated to projects based on their skills and project requirements. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress and making adjustments to staffing as necessary to meet client needs. You will also play a key role in supporting the professional development of consultants by identifying growth opportunities and facilitating training. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall operational excellence of the organization by implementing best practices in resource management. Your role is critical in supporting the consulting teams and ensuring that Ekimetrics continues to deliver high-quality solutions to its clients.
